“I had a massage with Nenad Andrejic and the experience was unprofessional and painful. I told him multiple times that he was being too rough, but he completely ignored my requests for lighter pressure. I was physically recoiling on the table from the pain, which he even acknowledged afterwards, yet he offered no apology. Instead, he made excuses and claimed I didn’t say 'stop.' As a result of his excessive pressure, I now have visible bruising on my leg. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone who values a safe and professional treatment.”

“Hiyasmin Lazaro is really great at giving massages. She takes the time to understand the patient's concerns and focuses her treatment on those areas. After my session with her, I felt so much lighter it's something I've never experienced before, even after many massages in the past. She's truly skilled, and I highly recommend her to everyone. And the staff are also very friendly and accommodating, making you feel comfortable to ask them anything without hesitation.”

“My disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Scarborough location. I was not informed ahead of time about the initial assessment payment despite my 100% insurance coverage asked me to pay $20 buck from my pocket. This lack of communication prevented me from making an informed decision about whether to proceed with the appointment. I made a special effort to ensure I didn’t miss this appointment, only to find out about the unexpected costs upon arrival. I believe it is crucial for patients to be aware of potential expenses beforehand, so they can make appropriate decisions regarding their care. I hope you will consider improving your communication practices in the future to avoid similar situations for other patients.”

“We have been very loyal to this place until this visit. We booked several appointments for a reason in advance as I work in retail and knew that i will be busy in coming festive season. I suddenly got a call from front desk a day before my appointment to change my schedule due to an oversight on their part regarding the duration for initial check up which I refused. My wife then visited the office same day to see if she can manage to give me same time but the girl (wish we had her name) was very rude and unprofessional. She was suggesting all different days and time when i was not available to visit. We wish that they value our time as well, as a customer and understand that appointments are booked earlier for our convenience and may be work schedule. We have decided to cancel all our appointments there but i still believe that someone from the management will look into this and take my feedback back seriously and work towards improving their customer service experience.”
