“Signed on with Brandon Paquet in order to release a spasm in my hip. He then also helped me with my lower back and any areas that needed strengthening . The exercise routine he placed me on was modified after each visit as I improved. “I had 8 physiotherapy sessions with Julien Trapeau, and I’m very impressed. His deep knowledge—clearly backed by two Master’s degrees—shows in every step, and he always takes time to understand the real causes of the problem. He identifies the root issue, sets clear priorities for recovery, and focuses on helping your body use its own natural ability to heal, not just “treat symptoms.” His instructions are very clear, and the video support makes it easy to do the exercises correctly at home. “Marlee is my miracle worker. I came in with a very sore lower back and also a bad rotator cuff. Within a month and half I am now without pain and able to walk properly.
