“Shannan gave me a wonderful massage targeting my trigger points. The RMTs at KMT are attentive and professional. They listen and ask questions in order to deliver the most appropriate therapy to address a condition. Super experience!”

“I’ve been seeing Shannan for about a year and have all good things to say about KMT. Her experience and expertise are evident, as she’s extremely knowledgeable about all parts of the body. During your massage, you can just tell she is confident in her craft and you’re well taken care of. I trust Shannan so much that I’m constantly telling other people in my life to experience her massages too!”Read moreShow less

“I can’t recommend Shannon highly enough! Every session with her feels like a complete reset for both my mind and body. Her expertise as a registered massage therapist is truly unmatched - she understands exactly how to relieve muscle aches and pains while creating a comfortable, soothing environment. I always leave feeling refreshed, recalibrated, and ready to take on the day. 5 stars, well earned!”Read moreShow less

“Be aware that this company feels it is acceptable to run your insurance information without issuing receipts and for services not rendered. Buyer beware. Edit: The point is not whether money was actually exchanged, but that the claim *WAS* actually submitted. I received an email from my provider proving this yet received no communication from the company itself. I added a negative review here because the automation of your processes meant that this was submitted, regardless of services rendered. Automation is a wonderful thing; but in this case efficiency was valued over patient care and understanding. I maintain that a late fee should not have applied given that I booked a last minute appointment and could not have therefore given 24 hours notice. The appointment was booked for 4 hours and I called and left a message a 2am when my daughter got sick and then called spoke with someone in the morning to ensure that the technician was given as much notice as possible. There was nothing else a reasonable person could have done in this situation. Given that I spoke with the receptionist, the automatic submission to benefits absolutely should not have occurred. It is a red flag when a company digs in their heels and doesn’t recognize that their processes caused the mistake and instead choose to divulge personal benefit coverage information in a public forum, in violation of confidentially standards under PHIPA. To me, this more than merits a one star rating as this company has shown that they do not value patient confidentiality. I maintain, buyer beware.”Read moreShow less
