“I recently returned to Lifemark King Physiotherapy and Foot Clinic for treatment following my second workplace injury, and once again…always a great experience! The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the recovery process. I’d especially like to thank Nelly, Courtney, and Jamie — they are all amazing at what they do. Their knowledge, encouragement, and positive attitude had made a big difference in my rehabilitation and recovery. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help you recover comfortably and confidently. “My husband Jeff has been attending physiotherapy here following a serious motor vehicle accident, and we are very grateful for the care he has received. The therapists treat him with patience, kindness, and genuine respect every time we come in. They listen carefully, adjust treatment based on how he is doing that day, and never rush him. Jeff was a professional transport truck driver for more than 30 years, and rebuilding his strength and confidence after this accident has been a difficult journey. We are thankful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable team in Jamie, Courtney & Nelly and would highly recommend this clinic.”

“I highly recommend Lifemark in Bowmanville on King st. The staff there (Jamie Collins and Courtney) are truly amazing! I went here 2 years ago when I injured my shoulder and they were able to get me back to my old self again, so when I injured myself at work 2 weeks ago, there wasn't a second guess as to where I would go, The team here are very polite and friendly. The receptionist always greets me with a smile and is very respectful. Thank you Lifemark!”

“I have been going to King Physiotherapy for a couple months now and have to say this has been a very worth while experience, tearing multiple muscles in my shoulder the team began. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable, caring but firm on what needs to be done. Push but not to cause pain. Because of her I have great hope the next step will be beyond expectations. She is truly a wonder and trust her fully with my health and wellness. Most definitely worth noting Nelly at the front desk, if you don’t come smiling you will definitely smile when leaving. She is very accommodating and a real pleasant person. Thank you Courtney and Nelly for what you do.”

“I have been going to King Physiotherapy for a year now and its has been one of my best decisions. Since the beginning Nelly at the front desk has been more than amazing, attentive, nice, kind and giving me the best attention with follow up appointments, insurance. I have been treated professionally by Jamie and Courtney and I just have kind words for them. Both are profesional, kind, give the best service they can give, attentive to my needs and more important they listen and ask how they can help me more to get better. I am much better now, still a slow process for my muscles tension but without the physiotherapy, given exercises and all it wouldn't advance this much, grateful and thank you. Their receptionist Nely is nothing short of an absolute gem! She's extremely kind, keeps you informed with any information she receives from insurance companies and is always willing to work around complicated schedules. I would recommend this clinic every time and I'm so happy I made the decision to have them help me with my recovery!”

“I’ve honestly had a great experience here. I’ve shied away from physio for years and was unfortunately put into a position where I couldn’t ignore it anymore; King physio has been wonderful and attentive in providing the care I need to get stronger. Nelly is always so wonderful at greeting you and knows everyone by name. She always makes sure that the patient is the one in charge of their healing as she will work around your schedule instead of the other way around (as most clinics do). She has never been short with me, and if she’s busy she makes sure she still takes the time to give attention to those waiting. Jamie was great during my initial assessment, but when I have regular appointments with him, he seems to leave during my exercises when I personally think that’s the most important thing he should be there for in order to properly assess my progress going forward. I understand he has many other patients and I get that they may overlap, but it’s my one issue that I have. Courtney, however, has been an absolute wonderful help in my active healing. I look forward to seeing her every week and is super attentive during my exercises. She always gives me progressive advice on how I’m doing and what new things I can introduce! Thanks to the team for helping me progress :)”
