“The team at Kinetic Clinic is wonderful. Ryan Emberley (physiotherapist) is a true gem—caring, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining things. I especially appreciate how he uses visual diagrams and online resources to help patients better understand their treatment and recovery. Clio at reception is always kind, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit a positive experience. Jason Purpur (physiotherapist) is equally caring and attentive. He listens carefully, is very punctual, and makes you feel heard and supported throughout your appointments. Overall, the clinical care is excellent. A piece of constructive feedback for management: since my first visit, I’ve noticed the clinic does not appear to be receiving a consistent deep clean. There is visible dust buildup and cobwebs in certain areas, which is concerning in a healthcare setting. I believe maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would better reflect the quality of care provided by the clinical team and help ensure a safe, professional environment for patients and staff. I still highly recommend Kinetic Clinic for its excellent practitioners and supportive team.”Read moreShow less

“Booked an appointment at the Women’s Clinic for my very first pap smear and everyone was so kind and gentle! I was so nervous from hearing pap horror stories online, but my nurse Kristin was amazing! Even gave me essential oil to calm my nerves. Thank you!”

“I booked a massage appointment over the phone and was very clear about the date and time during the conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I was actually booked for the following week instead. It was frustrating to take time out of my day and travel to the office only to find that my appointment had been entered incorrectly. While mistakes can happen, I expected better attention to detail when booking appointments. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and inconvenienced.”Read moreShow less

“Have been twice to kinetic. First time the massage therapist would speak a word for one hour. Made me feel very uncomfortable. My wife convinced me to try a second time. Appointment 7:30am. I am waiting. 7:45am. The lady at the front lets me know that the therapist didn't show up. I did sign the contract stating in case I would cancel the appointment in less then 24 hours, I have to pay $40. Also the evening before the morning appointment, I have to verify that I will be attending. I did that. Wondering....what kind of business is that?
