“I have been a client here for over 5 years now and I see Sam (PT). Sam and Anup (also a PT) approach their client care from a fascial point of view. They can literally “see” what’s tight and are able to treat appropriately each time u come for treatment. Sam has helped me significantly in unraveling a fascial problem that resulted after a fall/broken ankle. I would highly recommend her for anyone with complicated pain issues that are not getting better otherwise. Anup is my son’s physiotherapist and he is also amazing at what he does - he was able to help my son eliminate significant tailbone pain after a fall on it with just a few laser treatments. BJ is the owner is also a wonderful friendly guy who loves what he does and it shows in the quality of care and professionalism of the clinic in general. “Ten years ago, I was a patient at Kinesis and was successfully treated by BJ for my complex issues resulting from a car accident. I had a knee injury (few months ago) and returned to Kinesis once again. This time, I was treated by Anup & Christina, and Chiropodist Omar. All staff, including front desk are very knowledgeable, kind & caring. Christina, is one of the best !! She has much experience (over 20 years), conscientious and thorough with her diagnosis & treatment plan. She specializes in women's issues and is an excellent communicator. She will put you at ease and keep you laughing, so much so your body, mind & emotions heal ...Thank you, Christina !! Anup, is honest, detail oriented and will walk that extra mile for you !! Omar, brings a wealth of knowledge and is sensitive to patient's needs BJ ofcourse, is the magician who makes your pain disappear with his unique approach to complex muscular skeletal issues. “Kinesis is a wonderful place. They have great staff, a clean and safe clinic and very knowledgable therapists. I am very happy with the results I get each time and knowing I can walk out their door in less pain makes me feel better mentally too! I live with chronic pain, especially in my low back/SI joint from an old injury and I have many compensating injuries that do flare up. We work on all the areas connected to the problem and I like that approach. Anup has been my therapist since 2017 and I am very grateful for his skill and knowledge and the help I get.”Read moreShow less

“I have had physiotherapy at several other places in Durham Region and Kinesis is by far the best. Sam, in particular, assesses you from head to toe and then concentrates on your areas of concern. “This is not your average physio place. Its a great physio place. I have recommended many of my friends and family to go to Kinesis to get help with their injuries and every one has agreed the physiotherapists and staff here are amazing. I have been to numerous physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths for the past 7 years and have had greatest relief of my physical issues here. After years of therapy at so many places the Kinesis therapists are helping me be very hopeful with my physical progress. Thank you Sam and Christina for caring and treating me. “Hands down the best physiotherapist place in the region! I've been to a couple other places. The Kinesis staff, I find are super knowledgeable and have the best hands on pratical skills then any other place. Also the receptionists are great too.
