“Staff was good facility was very good. Only complaint, they knew why I was coming in due to a major back surgery so the physiotherapist and I discussed making a follow up appointment for the next week, the earliest appointment that I could make was almost 2 1/2 weeks later, that in my opinion is way to long of a wait time knowing the reason I came in. The wait time to get in was also 2 weeks which is a pretty long wait time. Follow up, they did reach out and with a earlier appointment follow up appointment wich was great!”Read moreShow less

“This place is incredible. From the booking experience where they genuinely wanted to get you with the right practitioner to help solve the specific problem, to the appointment itself where Caitlin listened and asked a ton of questions throughout the assessment to make sure she evaluated everything fully. “Quite some years ago I chose Kenesis for my therapy. So now when I needed it again I chose Kenesis. Partly because AHC funds it but I got excellent care then and now. “I highly recommend Kinesis PT. Caitlin has been tremendously helpful throughout my daughter’s rehabilitation, both before and after surgery. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and always easy to communicate with. The team has been very flexible with scheduling and accommodating her needs throughout the recovery process. “Absolutely wonderful staff. I love coming to an appointment and you are greeted with your first name. I've never had wait long at all, maybe 2 to 3 minutes.
