“I’ve been seeing Jean regularly, and I can’t recommend him enough. Recovering from long-term injuries is never a quick process, but having someone who genuinely cares makes all the difference. Jean takes the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and is always looking for different ways to help me recover instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. What really sets him apart is that he welcomes collaboration. He values my input, listens to my thoughts and concerns, and combines them with his expertise to build a treatment plan that works for me. That partnership has made me feel involved in my own recovery, and I truly believe it’s helped my progress. He also follows up after appointments to see how I’m feeling, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients beyond the treatment itself. “5-Star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so glad to find Kinematics Sports Medicine and Rehab after my car accident with ICBC claim. It is 3 mins walk from my downtown office and on ground floor that no need to wait for elevator! Victoria (Karen) was my RMT and she is really really good and caring. Very attentive and listen for needs, she does bring heart to work n to the patients. Cannot recommend more than anybody else! The reception Lena? “Dr. Ali Masoumi is an outstanding chiropractor and sports medicine doctor. After today’s treatment, my neck and shoulder pain are completely gone. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. “I went in with a back issue and had a really solid experience. The clinic is clean, professional, and well organized, and the staff made the whole process easy. “I have to say this clinic is legit. I spent almost 9 months with them and I'm very glad I chose them in the first place. First of all, the front desk staff are very respectful and professional. They were always helpful and flexible when scheduling my appointments and follow-ups. I had my physiotherapy with Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body, and with all the exercises he gave me, I feel like a brand new person now. Highly recommended. I had my acupuncture sessions with Jean. He truly understands the science of acupuncture and was able to relieve deep muscle pain with his needling and cupping. Thanks Jean! I had my massage therapy with Zach. He has very warm hands and you are guaranteed to get a great massage. I had chiropractic sessions with Dr. Farah. She is very knowledgeable and really knows how to reset your body. I always felt better after seeing her. And I had kinesiology with Hadi. This guy is DA BOMB. He trained me like a professional and really took the time to understand my needs. The exercises and guidance were very effective, and I noticed real improvement. Highly recommend him if you're looking for quality care and real results. I have to say that the combination of physiotherapy and kinesiology was very effective in my recovery. Last but not least, congratulations to the management for putting together such a great team.
