“Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes on hold just to know if they offer dry needling. I was offered an appointment the following day and after showing up. I was told it was for next week. “I had an amazing experience with the physiotherapy and occupational therapy team during my recovery from a work injury. I’m truly grateful to the physiotherapists Frédéric, Khushbakht, and Michael, as well as the occupational therapist Adib. Each of them brought so much knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to my recovery journey. They took the time to understand my condition, pushed me when I needed it, and supported me every step of the way. “I’m very disappointed with my experience at Kinatex Sports Physio Saint-Laurent. I called two weeks ago to book an appointment, arranged my schedule around it, and even took the day off work today. When I showed up, I was told my appointment hadn’t been scheduled correctly. This is extremely unprofessional — not only did it waste my time, but it also cost me a day of work. Patients rely on accurate scheduling, and this kind of mistake is unacceptable. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve their booking process, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.”Read moreShow less

“I have been a patient at Kinatex Sports Physio Saint-Laurent, Physimed since a few years now and received treatments for various injuries.
