“Ricky is an excellent RMT. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. I felt much better after the session, and his techniques were highly effective. He incorporated trigger point therapy to release deep muscle tension, used hot towels to help relax and prepare the muscles, and guided me through gentle stretching to improve flexibility and mobility.
