“I recently moved to London and have been searching for months for a new salon with no luck. I came across Kim’s Nails and was blown away. Kim and the entire staff are so incredibly friendly and care about their clients. They take their time to listen to you, make recommendations based on what you’re looking for and my nails have never looked better. Added bonus is you can book online! “I've always been so happy at Kim's!!! I'll bring in my design and she always delivers! An artist for sure! Everyone is so friendly and always remembers your name The nails last forever. I get a biogel fill with shellac every 4 weeks.”

“I've had mixed experiences here. For the most part, the place is clean. My biggest complaint is that they are never on time. All three times I've gone, they have started my pedicure late. The last time, I was started 25 minutes past my appointment time. This is likely because I go in the afternoon ? Either way, the staff are friendly and chatty, and I do like that we have our own file, buffer, and toe separater. At your first appointment, you will be charged $5 for the file pack, which you are expected to bring with you at all future appointments. Appointments can be booked online though which is great for anyone who doesn't like to pickup the phone!”Read moreShow less

“I had a mani pedi today and it was a fantastic experience. This was my fist time visiting Kim’s Nails and I will definitely be returning. It is a beautiful, bright, clean place and the staff is very friendly and caring. You can tell they have a lot of regulars as they seemed to know everyone and there was so much laughter and chatting throughout my visit. “Kim’s Nails is a family ran business and you yourself, become part of that family once you start going here. The service is always friendly and the ladies are always happy to see you! They remember everyone’s name, what you love on your nails and care to connect with you as a human being while receiving service! I have been going to Kim’s Nails for 15 years now for both manicures and pedicures - it is still the same loving, kind service I’ve always had! “The staff at Kim’s nails are very professional, upbeat and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable during my service and kept me engaged in conversation which made me feel important.
