“So great for kids! They feel safe and comfortable. All the workers are friendly and gentle. Games and entertainment in the waiting room help the kids feel like its not a scary dentist place. “Extremely disappointed. The dentist “Dr Hans” was rude and dismissed my explanation of my dental routine, implying I was lying about flossing. Then, she did a sloppy job on my fillings, leaving rough edges that shred my floss every time I use it. It’s a health hazard to leave a patient with poorly finished fillings that trap bacteria. “So I can't fully say this is wheel chair friendly. The ramp has a sharp turn and is not very wide but there is one. The bathroom is pretty spacious but there is a rather big table near the door. Might be an obstacle to get in. Other than that not a lot of seating in the waiting area but they get people out fairly quickly. There is an upstairs to explore if you are able to do stairs. Both my kids are autistic the staff are very kind and patient with them and that helps with the stress of it all.”Read moreShow less

“This was my dentist when I was a child back in the early 2000s. When I recall it I compare it to mr. Montgoriums wonder emporium. I work with children now and revel in what an excellent service it is to provide such an inviting experience to what is normally daunting to so many children. “Horrible experience. My son was denied dental care because the dentist said he felt “uncomfortable” after I asked basic questions comparing his treatment to a previous clinic. Instead of addressing my concerns as a parent, they cancelled the appointment and refused to treat him. This forced me to take time off work, pay for hotels and food, deal with the stress of rescheduling last-minute, and caused my son to miss school all for nothing.
