“I had an appointment with Jeff today and was extremely impressed with the experience. He was gentle, attentive, and very professional. Jeff took the time to talk through my expectations and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. “Practitioner Im seeing is great. Only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the ymca check in process. You have to join the line and show your id to the desk staff because you need a pass to buzz through the turnstiles. If they are busy setting up memberships for other people this can take forever. Today I spent 10 mins in line. Doesnt sound long but when youre injured it sucks. Not sure how else they can do this but im sure they could figure out something a little more user friendly”Read moreShow less
