“I requested services from Khiara at Kewticles last minute. She was kind enough to accommodate me withing 30 minutes. I showed her what I wanted before arrival. When I walked into the shop, she greeted me and was ready to go. She asked me what I'm watching, demonstrating consideration for my comfort. She got to work and I felt she handled my hands with confidence, careful working at a steady pace. She checked in by asking if I am feeling any discomfort. This was a notable inquiry. I mentioned that I was looking for a new nail tech as previous ones used undesirable techniques or were unaccomdating of my requested shape/ style. We chit chatted and after completion, she asked what techniques those teacniques were. I found this positive because she finished my service without being influenced by my previous experiences, finding an appropriate moment to take a mental note of what I mentioned.bI shared my thoughts. Then she gave me my own kit to use for future visits. I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes and very happy with the work. Thank you so much Khiara. “5-Stars Honey! Getting a mani+pedi with Khiara was such a great vibe! My feet were in dire need of some TLC and she did that and some! She is friendly, patient and gave her honest opinion when I was unsure on what style I wanted to do. She stopped me from going overboard too, thank God lol. “Getting here: Don't follow Google maps to find ithe entrance, it takes you to the back side of the building. Enter off Brock Rd at the Kinectrics side. If you do go to Quigley, enter at Cars101 and go right. The vibe: Khiara and Faith created such a lovely, welcoming environment. The space is really cute and their energy is great. I knew the vibe would be good just from the options on the website. I felt like a regular on my first visit. The nails: Faith did such an incredible job on my special occasion nails, she was so detailed and worked so hard. She asked for my feedback often so I was able to get exactly what I wanted.
