“I was disappointed in my massage for the following reasons: I filled out forms before hand only to have to fill out the forms once more at the appointment which was time I would have rather been spent on a massage. I booked a 70 minute massage and was surprised and had no knowledge from her website that acupuncture is how she wanted to proceed followed by some massage at the end. If I wanted acupuncture, I would have booked somewhere for that. I then stated I would rather not have that done and would do it the next appointment (being polite). I mentioned at the start I enjoy deep pressure massage only to receive a light touch with hardly any focus on the pain points I highlighted in my initial forms. I understand intial intro is important but we talked for 20 minutes which I felt was way too long especially when some of it was personal chit chat. Lastly, I expressed my interest in cupping and she said we could include that in my appointment but that wasn’t done. Overall I would not recommend or go back.”Read moreShow less

“I've moved around a lot, so I've experienced a massage from plenty of talented RMTs. Kerri is truly the best RMT I've ever encountered. Had a great experience and she also provided some education to minimize pain in my shoulder outside of the treatment. “Kerri is awesome. She sends out pre-massage message asking what you need her to focus on, on your next visit. So when you get there, she's ready. Her massage is on point. She can focus on problem ares or deliver a great relaxation massage, or both! She's very easy to deal with and her location is quiet and piece full.
