“The clinicians are amazing, Julie has helped me to understand the mechanisms in my body and how to properly rehabilitate from injury. The treatments are thorough and designed to promote maximum relief while also incorporating strengthing and stretching routines that have produced excellent long term results. To maximize all that the clinic has to offer, I highly recommend booking with Lindsey for supervised gym sessions. These sessions further assisted in setting goals for recovery and learning how to use your body to achieve benchmarks set. Lindsey is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, patient and affirming. She also takes times to fully understand the patient holistically and designs a program around individual needs. All of the staff at the clinic are professional, compassionate and fun! Whenever I attend there is always great comraderie, phenomenal atmosphere.”
