“I was recommended to see Dr. Courtney Kennedy as I wear prism in my lenses. I could not believe how amazingly exceptional this doctor is. Hands down the best optometrist that I have ever gone to and understood my situation with high prism. Dr. Kennedy went above and beyond to explain and show what was happening with my eyes and what the solution needs to be. “Ive had outstanding experiences at Kennedy Eye Clinic from start to finish. The eye exam was incredibly thorough, and Dr. Anna Matiko took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It was obvious they genuinely care about their patients’ eye health. The entire team were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose glasses. They made the process easy and enjoyable, offering helpful suggestions without any pressure. The selection of frames was excellent, and I’m very happy with my choices. My contact lens fitting was just as impressive. They made sure the fit was perfect and took the time to walk me through proper use and care, which I really appreciated. The follow-up service was also top-notch—they checked in to ensure everything was comfortable and working well. Overall, Kennedy Eye Clinic delivers exceptional care, professionalism, and customer service. “Had a minor glasses emergency and happened to be on this side of town. The staff were kind and quick. They were able to get me seeing again in no time. “The only note I could possibly have is I wish they had a bit more fun frames but I like fun and electric colours. That being said if I found a frame I liked they helped me see what colours I could get in. The staff was friendly, my Doctor was thourough but not pushy, the esthetics person tried to help give me options for some self concious aspects of my under eye bags without focusing on an upscale, and then the eyewear dispenser helped us find the perfect frames. “I went to Kennedy Eye Care for an eye exam, neurolense glasses specifically, and contacts. Each time I was in clinic the service was exceptional, my exam was thorough, and I have two great pairs of glasses and the contacts. Following my purchase they continued to check in with me over the course of a couple of months to guarantee the prescription for my glasses and followed up on any challenges I faced.
