“I had a grey massage from Caroline before heading into the hot sauna for an hour. I was given a bathrobe, slippers and plenty of towels which allowed me to feel pampered and relaxed. “Highly recommend! It is such a beautiful space for your self care needs. We enjoyed the private sauna for date night which was so relaxing and finished off the evening with a smoothie! If you haven’t tried their smoothies before it’s a must, they are so delicious!! We also hosted a private event in the community room at Kelp Forest which turned out stunning and Shirene the owner was so much help! We could not have had such a wonderful event without the space/assistance of her and her wonderful team! “My husband and I decided to book the Dry Cedar Sauna and have a little date night! It was so relaxing, the building is clean and peaceful, the sauna hot and the staff helpful and friendly. We ordered a smoothy for the drive home and the staff had it ready for when we were finished in the sauna. It was delicious - try the tropical twist!.
