“I don't visit the dental office as regularly as I should, but every time I do, I'm reminded why I keep coming back. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and well taken care of. The quality of care is excellent, and their pricing is very reasonable. It's clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office! “I'd highly recommend Kelowna Dental Solutions. Dr. Mark is the first dentist I've ever had do a follow-up debrief after my first visit to actually show me and explain all of the x-rays and pictures that were taken during my first visit. In other words, I really appreciate that he's willing to take the time to explain what he's doing. The rest of the team that I've interacted with have also been super. All the hygienists I've had have been great and the front desk is communicative, friendly, and very capable with dealing with my insurance coverages.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Mark and the team at Kelowna Dental Solutions are in a league of their own. The level of expertise in that room is pretty incredible. What stood out to me most is how thorough they are, not just when it comes to teeth, but in how oral health ties into your overall health and wellbeing. You can tell this is a team that genuinely cares about getting things right and taking the time to explain the “why” behind everything they do. “Wanna give a huge testimonial to Dr. Austin and the Kelowna Dental Solutions team. Im genuinely so impressed by how all of them care about their work. Here are a few examples that wow'd me: For context, I went to a clinic nearby my house and have generally good dental hygene and no cavitites, just wanted to disclaim that because some of the next stuff might be gross. The hygienist Wendy was so careful during her cleaning that she found tartar that was left over from my previous dental cleanings, she guessed it was logged in the back molar for probably ~15 years because it was so hard to reach that they had to do 2 xrays during the cleaning specifically to check if they got it all out. Felt like removing a sliver that was lodged my the back of my nouth I didnt know was there. -they took 2 xrays DURING the cleaning to check for tartar. Crazy! I already got my normal xrays and ct scan last week. Thats incredible attention to detail. -Litia and Austin both also gave me alot of tips beyond teeth on how to get better sleep, and how to stop breathing through my mouth at night. Better recovery (i need it) based on the xrays and scans. -Also showed me inflammation in my sinuses and how to fix that too with regular everyday care. And they were so transparent and meticulous about everything that theyre doing and answered all my dumb questions. Got me a new modern nightguard more comfortable. TLDR If you're not with Kelowna Dental Solutions yet you should switch over. Personally, Id rather drive 30 mins each way accross town rather than my dental clinic 5 mins from my house. You might have 15yo tartar on your back molar too. And it costs the same as my old dental clinic? No brainer, you got me as a loyal and proud client.”Read moreShow less

“I honestly didn’t expect to have such a positive experience at a dental office. For years, I went to a dentist close to my home and every single visit was painful and unpleasant. I have sensitive gums, and I always left feeling sore, stressed, and uncomfortable. I thought all dentist like this so I kept putting up with it. My partner recommended Dr. Austin at Kelowna Dental Solutions, and I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because it completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The most recent filling Dr. Austin did for me was, surprisingly, the most comfortable dental visit I’ve ever had. What stood out right away was how attentive and caring the team was. During past treatments at other clinics, the dentist and staff would chat among themselves about random things, and I felt ignored. That was absolutely not the case here. Austin and Litia constantly checked in to make sure I was okay, explained what was going to happen next, and even joked around to help me relax. It made such a difference. I’ve always struggled with the mouth guard used to keep my mouth open, and it usually leaves me feeling stretched and sore. When I mentioned this, they actually took the time to assess my bite and used a different option so I was more comfortable. I was also unsure how much my benefits would cover, and instead of leaving it vague, they went out of their way to check my coverage and tell me the exact cost before starting anything. I really appreciated that transparency, especially after being overcharged twice by my previous dentist. I also recently had a teeth cleaning with Wendy, and wow, she was amazing. I’ve had an ongoing issue for years with food getting stuck in my top left teeth. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on crowns and fillings with my old dentist, and the problem was never fixed. Wendy was the first person who actually stopped and said it might be a misalignment issue. She was right. She called Dr. Austin over right away then he was able to adjust my bottom teeth on a different date, and I already feel an improvement. If you’ve been dealing with dental issues that other dentist tell you can't be solved, give Kelowna Dental Solutions a try. The team works together and go above and beyond to find the right solution for you, not just the obvious or most expensive one. I wish I had switched here a long time ago.”Read moreShow less
