“I had gone here until sunlife said they won’t reimburse for Kelly foot spa anymore as they investigated them. Also, the massages are always cut short and they go to get a hot towel and disappear for over 5 minutes. Furthermore they expect high tips for massages that aren’t up to par. “Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked an appointment and drove over an hour to get there, only to find out they changed and then cancelled my appointment without telling me. No notice, no courtesy, nothing. When I called to ask what happened, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude, as if I was the problem. Instead of apologizing for wasting my time, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Driving that far for an appointment they cancelled without notice is beyond disrespectful. This place clearly does not value their customers’ time or business. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you’re okay with having your time completely wasted and being treated poorly.”Read moreShow less

“My girlfriend and I booked a couples massage at Kelly Foot Spa and had a really great experience. Emily and Nancy were both very kind, professional, and attentive the entire time. My girlfriend can be pretty sensitive to pressure, and they made sure she was comfortable and relaxed throughout, which meant a lot. For me, I mentioned that I was dealing with pain in my lower right back, and the therapist really focused on that area and helped relieve a lot of the tension. I walked out feeling noticeably better. Overall, we were both very happy with the service and how well they listened to what we needed. “Genuinely the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life, I had to ask to cut it short because it was so terrible. She had me undress right in front of her instead of waiting for me which was super weird. I didn’t mind too much because we were both women, but still super strange. There was no method or technique and it felt like she was just smearing lotion all over me and randomly freestyling. For the head massage it just felt like a really rough scratch and my hair was all tangled after. I honestly felt way worse after because my muscles were not properly massaged, she was just going every which way. The whole experience was so random, she would do my left shoulder, then right part of lower back, then left arm, then head, and then whatever else she felt like freestyling. I could not bear it any longer and just asked to cut it short and leave. Receptionist also pressured to do a longer massage and for a tip. I usually do tip even if the service is not great, but I could not bring myself to. If you genuinely have muscle pain I would not recommend for a massage. “I’ve been to a lot of massage places, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I kept telling the masseuse to apply a bit more pressure—over and over again—but it felt like the whole time she was just smearing lotion on my skin with no actual massage taking place. There was zero technique, actually—just endless, superficial rubbing with no depth or relief. When the session ended, I left a small tip out of politeness. But to my shock, the masseuse started *pressuring me* for more—literally deciding how much I should tip her. I felt uncomfortable and taken advantage of. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and totally inappropriate. Save yourself the trouble—**do not go to Kelly Spa**. If you want real massage, look elsewhere.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at this massage spa! It was my first time with Yuki, and she was wonderful. While her English isn't perfect, she makes a genuine effort to communicate — always smiling and laughing, which made me feel comfortable right away. Her massage style is a bit different from what I'm used to, but it was incredibly effective. I could literally feel the tension melting away. “Some of the therapists here are amazing. The pricing is very reasonable and they accept insurance as well. Definitely worth coming here. Give it a try. Make sure to get the best therapist and you’ll feel better, especially if you’re sore!”
