I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, to assist in filling in the time slot.

If you come late over 20 minutes past your appointed time, you will still be responsible for the total value of your total session.
Fee for cancelling late
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price.
Fee for a missed appointment
No-shows will be charged the full session price.
Payment before the visit
If you take the time to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, any fully prepaid sessions can be returned to your account as store credit.
