“The Receptionist are very friendly. I started going for Physio and the therapists listen to my concerns and have helped greatly. I started to also get Massage treatments. “After my big shoulder and bicep surgery last year, I spent 7 months doing physiotherapy here, and I honestly can’t thank this team enough. This was such an important and difficult part of my recovery, and from the very beginning they made me feel supported, cared for, and never alone. The physiotherapists were not only amazing professionals, but also genuinely kind, patient, and encouraging every step of the way. On the hard days, they helped me keep going and gave me hope and confidence in my recovery. I also want to say how wonderful the receptionist is . She was always so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and that really meant a lot to me during such a challenging time. I will always be grateful for the care, compassion, and support I received here. “The staff is very pleasant and polite and my appointments are always on time. My sessions have helped me tremendously. Due to the nature of my pain, I know it is never going to go away completely but I do feel 80% better and I am able to perform certain tasks that were quite problematic in the past, with much more ease.
