“Even though I could see her scedule is open and has available appointments to be taken in the next couple of days, but is not accepting new patients so will not book my appointment. If you were that busy those appointments would be booked. All I get from that is either being too lazy and unprofessional to accept new patients. Maybe id understand if there were no available appointments, but that wasnt the case. It doesn't even make sense.”

“Excellent service! I get chronic neck and shoulder pain and have gone through several RMTs but have never landed one that actually listens to my needs and applies the pressure that I want. Kaya took the time to listen to me, then check-in from time to time throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable and getting the pressure I wanted. I am claiming Kaya as my new regular RMT. Highly recommend!”
