“I’ve had such a great experience at this chiropractic office! Dr. Balmer is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better and go beyond just a quick adjustment. He also has such a positive, welcoming attitude, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. The whole clinic has a friendly atmosphere, and even though they’re often busy, the staff always do their best to accommodate appointments and make sure you’re taken care of. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about their patients. I’m really grateful to have found such a supportive and professional chiropractic office. “I would never recommend any of my friends and family for this clinic. I had appointment today at 7:15 am and still 8 I waiting for appointment I went to front desk I asked do you guys forget about my appointment she said she’s going late so she will call you I sat again and waited for my appointment still 8:30 no calls she called a lady I asked her what time you had your appointment she said at 7:30 and one said at 7:45am I was so upset and I went to them she called her she had appointment at 7:30 and she didn’t call my name even I had at 7:15 they again said she will call you after that she again called 7:45 person not me they said to me we didn’t get your name in our record even I paid already if you guys are deducting money from someone account you should know about their appointment what time they have. Everyone is busy in their life I waste my two hours there and got my appointment. I had shift at 9 am I canceled my shift as well. So I totally found it a terrible experience with them they ruined my day. Even receptionists behavior was not acceptable. So it’s my request to senior management please take action against them, nobody suffers with this situation.”Read moreShow less

“Best chiropractic clinic in town!! Dr Loucks has been caring for my spine for years and is always able to get rid of my tension headaches. Also, being in adult recreational sports, I’ve found myself constantly having little injuries or strains here and there (my body doesn’t move the same way it used to 😜) and Dr Loucks is always able to help out with these issues!
