“We had our daughters birthday here and the initial front door experience was very rude from a shorter girl wearing a scarf, her attitude was not friendly or needed. Especially paying what we payed for our party. On the up side the young lady with glasses with light brown hair who was extremely bubbly and great with kids hosted our party and she was absolutely amazing with all our age group kids. “Great experience! My wife and I took our 8 and 10 year olds to do the Timepiece Genesis room tonight. We were a bit unsure how they would do, but ended up loving it! 8 yo even solved a few puzzles on her own. Probably going to try Mad Hatter next. The puzzles were complicated enough to be tricky, but very solvable. My wife and I did the Wizard of Ox one a few years ago, which was much more difficult and very enjoyable. “Our group of friends went through the Timepiece Genesis room for the evening, and the experience was overall very unique and definitely challenging, but still fun nonetheless. The gamemaster for the night, Cassie, was very chill and welcoming towards us. She was very diligent and professional throughout the experience, especially when it mattered the most, such as: being as clear and concise when giving us our instructions and answering questions we had before we entered the room; when she called out certain checkpoints in time that we had crossed during the experience; and when something had unexpectedly and unintentionally gone wrong during the experience, she very swiftly helped out in addressing and solving the specific issue at hand, as to make sure the experience was still seamless. Definitely would recommend people to check out the location when they have the time, as I think others would also be greeted with both very welcoming and encouraging staff, and rooms that give a lofty yet exciting challenge when you encounter them.”Read moreShow less

“I organized a staff social at the newest Hidden Trails Experience location on MacDougall Ave, in Windsor. I can’t say enough about our experience! The amount of laughter, fun and energy was contagious. From our booking with Brent, our warm welcome upon arrival, the helpful and pleasant staff, to the number of fun activities on site - it was a 20/10 time! This experience would be a blast for all ages! Not only will I be back with my own children, but I will be bringing my staff and students (for field trips) back to this place for more team building fun! “Super fun! Had a great experience. My roommates and I completed man in the corner and all the puzzles were very well done. We were able to make it out of the room in under the hour and it had a great mix between scary and fun. We definitely will be going back and trying more of their escape rooms. “Played the Trouble in Oz room, group of 4 with 2 who have done escapes rooms and 2 newbies! It was definitely challenging and we had so much fun. Was thinking about it the drive home and who I would bring next! We were 4 minutes over - so close. The game masters were friendly and patient with us!
