ACCESSIBILITY: Please note there is a steep flight of stairs here and no elevator. Bathrooms are communal and gendered. I hope for a space in the future where these two things are different. For now let me know if I can help navigation of these potential barriers.

COVID and other communicable disease precautions are in place. I have a air filter system that clean the room fully every 15min and perform appropriate cleaning between clients. Masks are currently worn by me if you request or if there is sickness in my household. And can be worn by you up to your discretion. Please ask for one if there is sickness in your household or close contact and you don’t have one. I depend on your commitment to sharing exposure risks as well as not coming in when sick or suspecting you are getting sick.. Thank you for your participation.

About the clinic

I am not taking time away this year but I am taking care of my daughter a lot this summer. So summer schedule will vary slightly but most weeks will be Sunday, Wednesday and Friday. Sept will go back to my past year Sunday all day and Monday-Thursday during school hours New later times available Wednesday come September.Read more about Kashka Zerafa RMT

“I had the absolute pleasure of being massaged by Kashka from early in my pregnancy and then years after. Every time I stepped into her massage room I felt safe and heard. Each time she would ask me how I was feeling, if there was any changes, and I felt genuinely cared for. Skillful and relaxed, it was a comfort to be in such capable hands with the added benefit of having great conversations. When I was feeling overwhelmed we also shared compassionate silence. With my changing body I remember her utilizing different pillows and bolsters to adapt, always checking in about the comfort of the positioning. It was very easy to communicate if I needed more or less pressure in certain areas, but for the most part Kashka had an amazing sense of what was just right and needed in the moment. I really am grateful to have experienced that level of care and am sad we are in different cities now. Might have to book a trip to Nelson to get the best massage around!”
