Follow all steps to ensure your booking is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking, please follow up with me as your booking may not be complete. NEW CLIENTS - Complete the intake form (sent with booking confirmation) BEFORE your appointment. Address and directions are found in confirmation and reminder emails. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY - No show appointments or those canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the FULL appointment fee. Any cancellations under 24 hours can not be completed online. Please contact me directly. A cancellation fee may apply. FEE SCHEDULE - 45 min- $90 60 min- $110 75min- $128 90 min- $148 Fees include HST and are applicable to the treatment date and not the booking date. ACCESSIBILTY - There are 3 steps up to the front entrance of my home and a set of stairs down to my treatment room. PLEASE NOTE : I do not work with claims related to MVAs (motor vehicle accidents) or WSIB. Should one of these scenarios apply to you, please do not book online.
