“I went to see Skylar 3 weeks after giving birth. I was having a lot of anxiety about healing and pelvic floor heaviness, and she was so considerate of my comfort level, and normalized the situation for me while still being really validating and warm. After a few sessions and doing the exercises - I’m just over 2 monthes post partum and am feeling more and more like myself physically. I can’t stress enough that the care I got from Skylar both professionally and truly just from her personality, really helped me feel empowered at a very scary and hormonal time. Cannot recommend enough. ♡”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been seeing Skylar for the past several months for postpartum tailbone issues, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and takes a truly whole-body approach instead of just focusing on the one area that hurts. You feel listened to, understood, and supported every step of the way. She explains everything clearly, gives practical direction you can actually follow, and brings such a warm, fun energy to sessions that makes a vulnerable type of physio feel comfortable and empowering. I highly recommend Skylar to anyone needing pelvic floor physio — especially postpartum. I’m so grateful I found her.”Read moreShow less
