“Kara is absolutely amazing! I've been going to Kara since first meeting her in 2020 for shoulder tendinopathy and upper back pain (spend a lot of time behind a computer). With Kara's amazing massage skills and knowledge, I always leave leave feeling 100% better. Recently, I went to Kara while suffering a terrible migraine for 3 days. After Kara's massage and hands on therapy, my migraine was 80% gone and the next day completely gone. Highly recommend Kara if you want your injury to recover quickly!
