Thank you so much. You truly helped me immensely! My foot and arm feel miles better today and I feel armed with the tools I need to support their continued healing. Thank you for your sleuthing. Super grateful. Great work!

Very knowledgeable team and a genuinely positive experience overall. The owner was more than willing to work with me specifically around the demands of strongman training, which I really appreciated. He was upfront that he doesn’t typically do a lot of ART therapy, but still took the time to listen to what I needed and made the effort to help address the exact issues I was dealing with. That level of honesty and willingness to adapt stood out. What impressed me most was the collaborative approach. It didn’t feel rushed or cookie-cutter. There was clear communication, practical advice, and a focus on getting me moving and performing better, not just a quick treatment and out the door. For anyone involved in strength sports, heavy labor, or just dealing with stubborn aches and mobility issues, that kind of hands-on, problem-solving mindset is valuable. I would absolutely recommend that people go see either of the owners or practitioners here. Professional, knowledgeable, and willing to meet you where you’re at. Solid experience from start to finish.

I am so happy I found Dr Roberts! Not only has he treated my severe back spasm, but he also has guided my maintenance with helpful tips and exercises. Additionally, I had a deep muscle pain for the past 15 years and it is virtually gone with his treatments. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and helpful!

Like many people, I suspect, when I first saw the word osteopathy on the list of my medical benefits, I had no idea what it was. I've been a loyal customer for two years now and when I describe it to someone else, I say it's like a mixture of massage and physio. The biggest difference is that it is a whole body approach. Other modalities ask you what one area you want to focus on during your appointment, whereas Paul is able to work on several problem areas in one hour. Sometimes I feel like my whole body gets stretched in that time! I have chronic mid and upper back tension, and osteopathy is the only thing that results in lasting relief. Paul also works on my hips and I always walk out of there feeling like my stride is six inches longer! Both Paul and Imogen are easy to talk to and their space is peaceful. Kamloops is lucky to have these skilled practitioners. Highly recommended!

I was relieved, restored and revived physically, but more so mentally👍 I was given such affirmation, hope and confidence that I was getting “fixed”! It took 3 visits, and now I have the tools, know how and strategy if it happens again (tight muscle in shoulder)

I first visited Imogen at Kamloops Osteopathy after a painful whiplash injury five years ago, she fixed me up and the pain went away. Imogen takes the time to listen and check-in since your last visit. Appointments run on time, the reception & treatment room is peaceful and clean, and I always leave feeling lighter and in better shape!

I've only had positive experiences here. Paul is very knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. This is my go to place when I have injuries and need work done. I highly recommend it.

These two practicioners are incredible! I have had occassion to see both Paul and Imogen for different reasons and i have come away feeling great! They took the time to get to the cause of my pain issue(s) and worked with me to strengthen the affected areas. I have recommended Kamloops Osteopathy to soooo many people and will continue to do so as Osteopathy worked for me!! I always leave feeling amazing! Try it! You won't regret it!

Imogen is amazing at what she does. I have tried a million different therapy options and nothing has worked. Then I went to Kamloops osteopathy. I am already seeing and feeling a difference after my 3 sessions with Imogen. I highly recommend Kamloops osteopathy (Imogen is who I saw). She looks at the whole picture and works on fixing the whole problem. If you have foot pain for explain, there are many reasons why (probably). Imogen figures them out, and works on fixing them.
