“Due to a very busy work schedule, I have had difficulty finding a RMT whose schedule could work with my work schedule. Kamloops Optimal Health Clinic was recommended to me by a friend. Today, I was able to book in with RMT Veronica Labbe due to having some time off this afternoon! I am so impressed! She listened to what I needed and made sure to address my aches and pains and make adjustments for my comfort during my massage. We had just enough conversation to get to know each a bit and for me to be confident that I finally found who I want to give me my massages. And the bonus!!! She works Saturdays!!!! “I came to see Veronica as I had put my neck out! I’m not currently living in Kamloops so I wasn’t sure who to see but I knew I needed a RMT! I googled several places and was most impressed with Kamloops optimal Health!! For this visit I chose Veronica, I highly recommend her! She was very welcoming and as I had filled out all the information online she was able to start almost immediately! She was very professional and check with me throughout my visit! I couldn’t have asked for a better visit! As for the location, it was easy to find and it was very clean! Thank you Veronica”

“My partner and I both see therapists here. I personally see Michaels Hills and have been completely blown away by what he's been able to help me with. I have patella femoral syndrome, and he has gotten my knee back to a point where I can walk and use the stairs without pain. His combination of gentle hands on bodywork, and suggested stretches and exercises has helped put me on a path to feeling like a new human. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs some help getting moving again. He is kind, warm and above all professional. Kamloops is lucky to have such a gem!”

She reminds me of mighty mouse in the sense that she is small but holy cow she's got strong hands. She's very friendly and personable and most of all very professional. “I highly recommend Ashley. She is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I overheard her on the phone offering to book her client in with another therapist, because the person needed to be seen right away, and Ashley was booked. This is a person who genuinely cares about your health, and what is best for YOU. I have seen Ashley for three separate and unrelated cases. I had damaged my left arm and was left with limited range of motion, accompanied by moderate discomfort. Ashley treated me for that, and I am fully recovered. Fast forward a couple of years - I had an on and off searing pain in my shoulder and bicep area in both arms. Turns out this is caused by sticky muscle fascia. Once again I turned to Ashley - a few sessions with her and I am pain free. And lastly, like most of us - I spend more and more time sitting in front of a computer. This caused my upper neck to tire, and my mid and lower back to compensate. Kamloops Optimal Health and Ashley Leighton, R.M.T. for the win.”
