“Staff were friendly, however, it seems they lack a bit of knowledge when it comes to neurodiversity. My daughter is autistic and it felt like the doctor was irritated by the way my daughter answered questions and followed commands. I also feel that if a clinic is going to offer services for children, they should have proper equipment for children to do the required imaging and tests. Having children try to adapt to adult equipment by sitting on their knees etc feels wrong. Do they not deserve to receive comfortable services as well?”Read moreShow less

“The team was amazing during my appointment and that was my first time visiting. The clinic is clean, neat and nice. Dr. Brittany Lo really took great care of me during the eye exam and answered every questions and concerns I had about my eyes/vision. Sonja and Rose were helpful as well.
