“Got an eye brow wax with Juliana Bukovac and it was terrible experience. Wax was way too hot and burned me. They also dropped hot wax down my eyelid and eye and stuck multiple lashes together. Would not recommend this place.”

“End result of hair was decent, but far from what I wanted. Instead of highlights like I had asked, they gave me a balayage, and she didn’t tell me she was doing that instead of highlights. She started adding things to my hair without my permission. They didn’t tell me what it was and that it costed extra. They also had gotten bleach on my sweater. The stylist I had was not gentle at all either my hair, and was pulling it constantly. I had called in advance to make sure the cost would not be over $200, and I was quoted $180 as the max, and $160 as the minimum price. I paid $230. They tried to get me to pay $330. They will take advantage of you if you are young. Make sure if you come here you are very specific of what you want and do not want, or else you will end up in a situation like mine. If I knew this in advance, I would have not chosen this salon. Horrible experience. I believe the stylist name is Julianna.”Read moreShow less

“Absolutely horrible experience. I asked for a cherry red dye with blonde highlights, and the hair stylist, Juliana told me she could do it (with the exception that she may not be able to get the red tint that I wanted), but she completely didn’t do what I wanted. I had asked her multiple times about the placement of the highlights, and told her that I wanted money pieces; but she didn’t do any of that. By the time she was blow drying my hair I realized that she didn’t do anything I asked, and she cussed me and my mother out which was completely unprofessional, considering I’m 15 years old and I shouldn’t have grown adults cussing me out. Overall horrible experience but Mel, the owner of Elite boutique spa fit me in and fixed my hair. “I hadn’t been to a salon in over a year as I haven’t had the best experiences in the past, but my hair was in desperate need of a good cut, and a bit of a pick me up with the colour. I ended up getting an appointment with Kristina, and I’m so grateful that I did! She made me feel so at ease, with her sparkling personality and unpretentious confidence. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed, and truly exceeded my expectations. I love the colour, and I can honestly say, best hair cut ever!
