“My therapist was Rosa who was treating me for shoulder problems. Rosa was amazing. Her diagnostic skills were spot on. Not only were my multiple sessions conducted professionally but also they were very effective. Along with the custom home exercise program my pain is gone and my range of movement has improved drastically to almost 100%. On a personal level you will find that Rosa is so personable, experienced & knowledgeable, caring and genuine. It is obvious she loves what she does and is extremely good at it. Sharon at the front desk is very pleasant as well. It is always nice to be welcomed with a pleasant smile and greeting when you come for your appointments. I never felt rushed through my appointments and was always seen on time. The therapy sessions are one on one and you have their undivided attention throughout your entire appointment. “I’ve had a great experience at Kaizen Physiotherapy Group. Sanil is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes each appointment comfortable and effective. I’ve really appreciated his expertise and the quality of care he provides. Sanil, the physiotherapist who treated me, quickly identified the source of my pain and created an effective treatment plan with clear guidance throughout. The mix of in-clinic care and simple stretches to do at home significantly improved my symptoms. “Needed to find a new physiotherapist due to the revolving door at my previous clinic. I was primarily looking for quality of care, a personable physiotherapist that could provide a consistency of care. I booked in with Sanil and have been going for several months now.
