“Today was my very first massage therapy session. I had been experiencing neck pain for two days and wasn’t feeling well, so I decided to try something beyond painkillers and the usual home remedies. I initially chose Kaizen because the Glen Erin location is right across from my house, and I’d often walked by thinking I should try it one day. As luck would have it, that location was closed, so I decided to visit the Streetsville clinic instead. What first seemed like an inconvenience turned out to be a blessing because it led me to meet Ashley Perron. Ashley made my first massage experience exceptional. She was gentle, professional, and incredibly warm, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. By the end of the session, much of the tension in my neck and shoulders had been relieved, and I left feeling noticeably better. I’m already booking another session with Ashley for next week. Thank you so much for such an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend her!”

“This is the second time I’ve been to Kaizen and had my massage cut short. Came for a 75 min massage, had plenty of time to pay before I went in, the RMT was 10 minutes late and took 5 minutes to get me to sign a consent form to include glutes massage. I got out of the room fully dressed after 1hr. Although my massage was good, I could have used more time on the actual body parts I asked to be massaged and not have areas that I didn’t request take up an extra 10 minutes. It should be what the customer requests, particularly when this customer was very clear.”

“I’ve come here with my husband a few times now and every time it’s always been great. Ashley did a great job taking out of stiffness from my neck and shoulders. I often find myself dozing off from how relaxing it is haha. My husband says John is a very professional RMT and appreciated his expertise. Having some reoccurring back pain, John was very attentive and was good at pinpointing the issue. He targeted the area and offered lots of advice to help remedy the issue at home as well. Definitely recommend, thank you!”

She was so friendly and efficient with the paperwork, which set a positive tone right away. Revathi did an outstanding job with the massage—she took the time to ask if I had any areas of pain or concern and tailored the session accordingly. “I'm seeing Joanna for the third time to address my SI joint, neck, and upper back issues. She is very professional and her experience in treating chronic pain is exceptional. In addition to massage techniques, she also does does nice stretches that alleviates the stiffness and discomfort.
