“Were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment after I injured my eye while hiking. Dr. Barlow was able to quickly and painlessly remove debris from my eye after emergency couldn't. My dad reccomended this place and I see why. So thankful!”

“Best, preferred place of mine to go. I got my eye exam done at another place, but I go here to get my glasses, and get them adjusted if I need. I’ve had temporary fixes done here, for my broken glasses (a while ago now but I believe the arms snapped). The staff are friendly, and it’s easy to use my health benefits here(from work).”Read moreShow less

“I walked in to book an eye exam and they said I had to wait a month and a half. They also said they couldn't fix my glasses. I drove to Terrace to get my glasses fixed only to find out that nowhere in Terrace could fix them, but Cook's Jewellers in PRINCE RUPERT can and did fix them (a whole 210 meters away according to google maps)!!!”Read moreShow less

“My mom broke her glasses and needed new ones so I booked her an eye exam. Did not realize it was not with our typical doctor, instead she saw dr. Addington, would not recommend her, she was very impatient with my mom. My mom has hearing issues but did not expect for someone to be getting mad at her for not being able to read the letters. Doctor didn't seem to care about my moms eye issues either, very desmissive. My mom was very upset at the end of the appointment and didn't even get glasses.”Read moreShow less

“Excellent customer service for the optician. I had trouble finding frames that would fit my face size and they ordered in about half a dozen pairs that were all good. It was a tough decision but very happy with my final choice. They also were available for pick up sooner than I expected. Very friendly and sincerely aim to provide good client service.
