“I love spending my prenatal time here at yoga mamas. Their yoga classes, prenatal massages, and their beautiful retail store are all excellent. Every time I enter the studio, the receptionists never forget my name. They also have other wellness and prenatal education classes which I will try in the future.”

“I miss being pregant, I miss prental Yoga and Yoga mammas, and I miss my wee baby and Yoga at Yoga mammas! I miss being home with my babe now that i've just started back at work. I will always remember my time at Yoga mammas as sacred! It truly changed my experience of pregnancy as chaotic and challenging as it was, and it made those early mammas days great to get out of the house, stretch a bit and connect. i love this place!”
