I’m being treated by Mary Montgomery at Ktown Physio for tennis elbow and highly recommend her. She is an excellent and knowledgeable physiotherapist; she explains everything and I’m already feeling better. Very caring & personable. UPDATE: Mary is trained in both Acupuncture and Dry Needling (today she dry needled my arm & it helped a TON). She also helped my son with his calf injury from basketball. We are in capable hands!

I met with Scott. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough, listened carefully, did a treatment, and gave me exercises to do. I was 100% satisfied with his evaluation, exercises and treatment. I had no idea until a few weeks ago when speaking with a friend that there was a sport therapist that would understand my issue so well. I am extremely thankful to be able to have met Scott and continue my recovery with his help.

The pain that took me to K-Town Physio was soon replaced by pleasure on finding myself in the safe, expert hands of Sarah Davidson, who quickly understood and diagnosed my problems in the most friendly and reassuring manner. She took the time to answer my questions about certain muscles and bones (including introducing me to Bob the skeleton!) and prescribed and guided me through appropriate exercises that will eventually get me back to normal - if I keep at it. I had forgotten a couple of them so was impressed to find them set out in the online portal, together with videos. All the staff there were welcoming, relaxed and friendly. Thank you, K-Town Physio!

I had a very positive experience with this physiotherapy clinic. Scott truly is an expert physiotherapist. He listens carefully, genuinely cares about patients, and takes the time to understand the issue instead of rushing through the appointment. Their assessment and diagnosis felt accurate and professional, and the treatment plan was explained clearly. The staff are also very polite, respectful, and welcoming, and appointments are handled on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, a professional and caring environment that makes you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

A big thank you to Mary and everyone at K-Town Physio Downtown. I walked in for my first appointment with a tennis elbow, tendonitis of the knee, and an injured ankle. “Wow, who has your voodoo doll?” Mary smiled, and then proceeded to provide me with practical helpful exercises as next steps, and the homework felt like life-work. I still have a long journey ahead, but even after this first session I felt a positive shift in the right direction. There’s a motivational saying that states: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” I’m happy to be on this road together with K Town Physio.

Sarah Hazelwood provides excellent treatment. Her examination of the manifestations of the issue are profound and thorough. She explains her diagnosis well and in understandable terms for me who is a lay person in regard to biology. I have found that the remedies are effective. First class in every way.

This was the first time of my life that I had to do physio. So happy to have done it here! Was lucky enough to get an appointment with Stephanie as soon as the day after. She was wonderful! Explained the entire process very thoroughly and answered all my questions, related or not. She was also very funny lol and it helped bring down my nerves. The rest of the staff was also incredibly helpful, especially because I had an issue being a few minutes late. I would still recommend to anyone to come to their appointment on time though, maybe a few minutes early as well if you have new intake paperwork to do like I did. Overall, great experience! I went home with information and massages to help with my arm and am now hopeful I'll be able to continue doing the kind of work I need to in the future!

This is a top shelf organization. My therapist was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They took the time to understand my concerns and immediately delivered an actionable plan that has already been massively successful. I cannot recommend this service enough. Pure excellence!

This clinic is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They make sure you are comfortable and provide privacy, if needed. Mary has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, tells funny stories and ensures I leave more comfortable then when I came. Thanks Mary!!!

I have been to a number of physiotherapy organizations until I was treated at K-Town (downtown) a number of years ago. Since then I only go there. I have seem physiotherapist Sarah Hazelwood for a number of issues most related to sports and aging. Her approach is very thorough and she takes time to explain her findings in terms that I can understand. Being a teaching member of the Queen's University physiotherapy faculty, she really knows her stuff. She receives excellent supported from front desk staffers, Spenser and Michelle, and Zoltan, the physiotherapy assistant. Also I like the ability to use their web site to follow up any questions that arise from doing the prescribed exercises. I highly recommend this clinic.
