“Julie has created such a warm, welcoming, and non judgmental space, and from the very first session I felt completely at ease. I came to her struggling with communication and constant conflict with my daughter, and Julie helped me see my daughter’s behavior for what it really was and meet her where she was at. She offered practical, in the moment tools, including simple scripts and ways to stay grounded in my body so I wasn’t reactive or taking things personally. The shift has been incredible.
