“I have been seeing Paula for gosh must be 8 years I think and I want to not only say she is an amazing RMT BUT, Paula is also a Reiki Practitioner & Healer by nature. If you are reading this, I don't want you to just see her as your RMT but also her other services like laser, facials, reiki and different modalities. I don't know where to start with this review because she has treated my kids with massage and acme. My husband for joint and muscle pain. Me for my MVA and spiritual healing. Please try to mix up your appointments to try out: 7 essential oil balance (it is detox, light touch and relaxing massage) Reiki (I had a problem with my right leg from pulling my tendon for 6 months. I booked reiki and all the physiotherapy and regular massage did not do what reiki did - 80% removed the pain, tension and I am not limping!). Amazing healer! I don't trust many people with my energy but, with Paula I am safe to fully surrender as a Reiki Master myself. Props Paula! You are my reiki healer because your so talented, intuitive and powerful. Hot Stone & Cupping (warms up the body and just completely relaxes you while doing some deep tissue). Lymphatic massage (detox and draining - I get knocked right out in these treatments getting rest I miss from poor sleeping due to my accident). Indian Head Massage (I suffer from post concussion, headaches and migraines. By goubg through these sessions she helps my facial, skull muscle, neck, shoulders and upper torso loosen. I feel very tired after but so worth the pain and stiffness release.) Facials (I have received amazing facials. I haven't tried the other facials services like laser or micro dermatologist but will in due time. I leave with skin feeling hydrated and nourished for weeks. Paula has worked on both my kids for acme with wonderful results giving my kids education, self care, safe place to talk about how it affects them & confidence.) Paula is ridiculously talented and amazing! I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Book her and try all her modalities!!!”Read moreShow less
