New Clients Welcome to Juniper! Before you book your first session , please book a free initial consultation with the therapist you’re interested in working with. This is an opportunity for you and the therapist to determine if it’s a good fit, to explore your goals, and to discuss our services. Cancellation Policy Your session time is reserved for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations, so we can offer your appointment time to another client. Our clinic has a strict cancellation policy: any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
