“Brand new apartments with lots of parking space both for tenants as well as visitors. There is also a balcony for the apartment which is surprisingly spacious. Located in a beautiful, peaceful and safe area with homes and a small park within steps of the property. Whenever I had an issue, the property managers fix it quickly. The elevators are clean and well maintained. The gym downstairs is also well equipped with new equipment. Overall nice and clean place to rent and live in the Orléans area.”

“luxurious new apartments, well managed by Sleepwell Property Management. Every request I have put in on the online portal have been addressed in a timely manner by the management team. Really love the green space behind the building and the neighbourhood is beautiful with homes and a park within a few feet away.”
