“I have been a client for years and I have just wonderful experience with Kelly. She provided both massage therapy and acupuncture to help with my shoulder pain, and the results were amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, kind, and really took the time to understand where my pain was coming from. After the session, my shoulder felt much better and more relaxed. “Not a pleasant experience.Walked in, rudely greated and taken down a hallway to a room, went in and there was one sheet- not sure if they wanted us to lay unclothed on the bare plastic table or lay above and have the tiniest towel to cover up. Luckily an emergency came about and Iwas able to leave. I’ve never left someplace so fast. Felt so uncomfortable, Please don’t waste your time an find a better massage studio that seems legitimate and not so sketchy.”Read moreShow less

I have been a client for years, moved several times around the city, and now live quite far from downtown, but keep coming back to see her. “I went to JT Centre for shoulder pain relief, but the experience was very unprofessional. The staff did not use proper massage techniques and only applied oil without addressing the pain. “Thank you Kelly. Honestly, it was a little tough to endure the cupping and acupuncture (needles hooked up to an electro machine) I woke up today and throughout the day continued to feel the best I have felt in a long time. There were times of soreness but nothing like what I have experienced in my 3.5 years of dealing with an MVA injury with multiple care workers.
