“Mr Joon always provides great service and he is very professional! However, one thing I wish would be he has disposable sheets for the face area. Sometimes it stinks and I always get pimples on my face after the massage. Everything else is good.”

“I went to Joon regularly when I lived closer for about 2-3 years. He treated me during and post pregnancy as well. Hands down the best RMT I’ve been to. I find that a lot of other RMTs do very surface level treatments but Joon actually works through all your tight spots and you feel sore the next day (as you should).”Read moreShow less

“Joon is an excellent therapist. I have seen him for several issues including a bad sprain. He is very knowledgeable about injuries and provides effective therapy and also exercises. Easy to book appointments online as well!”

“For numerous years, I've endured persistent wrist pain, feeling nearly hopeless after trying various treatments like medication, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and even undergoing an MRI scan. “I scheduled a 90-minute massage with Joon. I told him I wanted a full-body massage but with a bit more focus on my chest and hip area. Unfortunately, he didn't treat my arms and front legs. I know misunderstandings can happen, but it's good to double-check the treatment plan with the patient at the beginning. The therapist made sighing and tsk sounds when he found tight spots on my body, which happened at least 5 times. I found this very rude and uncomfortable while I was undressed on the massage table. It's not professional behavior for a healthcare provider. I've been to many massage therapists, and this is the first time I've experienced this kind of attitude from one. Reply : I am unable to comprehend your response. Would you ever want to lie on the table and hear your therapist make heavy sighs and sounds that are perceived as judgmental? I was beyond shocked at that time because I couldn't believe that was actually happening . The method that you use to "communicate" with your clients. “I dont usually write reviews but I think Joon needs to be recognized for how good he is. I have been going to him for the last 3 years since I found him after we moved. If you are looking for someone that actually fixes the problem, he is the guy to go to. A few days ago I couldnt get out of bed because I could not move the left top side of my body and every movement hurts. I was in extreme pain and I could not move my head to the left side of my shoulder. This was the result of playing badminton again after 20 years without stretching. Thankfully I was able to get same day appointment with Joon and he did a miracle. He focused on my problem area and used just the perfect pressure with the least amount of pain. After the session, I felt alot better and I was able to move my arm and my head to the left. Joon is amazing and I highly recommended him.”Read moreShow less

“I have been to many different RMTs over the years for my bad back and neck and no one comes close to Joon! He immediately pinpointed some very tender spots and worked the surrounding areas too. Very good deep tissue massage and tension relief.”
