Best place to go if you are in pain. I struggled for months with achilles tendonitis and Ian helped me so much!!! He even taught me how to prevent it and what to do if it comes back. It never did come back but if my foot got sore I knew what to do and this has helped me. Now I send everyone to him!

My experience with Alexandrine has been excellent. She really knows what she's doing and helped me a lot with my year-long back injury. They truly focus on treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms. I highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful service at this clinic! They are all fantastic. More in particular, Alexandrine Chong is an awesome athletics physio! She was highly recommended to me by a ballet mate, and she has exceed all my expectations. Her expertise is noteworthy; her work ethics, outstanding; and her courtoisie, part of her DNA. She will be my athletics physio for life! :-)

I saw their promo post on Facebook, decided to have a try. Alexandrine is super nice, she does all assessment in details, listens to my concerns. Every after each session, she would still follow up with me, sending me emails with training videos which would help me to release my neck pain, back pain, also helps with the bump on the back of my neck which caused the stiffness and pain to me. I have been doing the treatment regularly with her, will definitely continue doing it! Whoever is thinking of trying, for sure you will be happy and you will definitely feel better after each session!

Catherine Donna is a remarkable athletic therapist who’s made a huge difference in my recovery. Her skill and knowledge are outstanding, and she knows exactly how to tackle any issue with a focused, no-nonsense approach. At the same time, she’s incredibly kind and supportive. Just yesterday, I was hesitant when it hurt during her treatment, but she guided me through each step, making me feel at ease. I actually found her on social media—something I don’t normally do at 61, as I typically rely on references. But I took a chance—and I couldn’t be happier that I did. If there’s anybody to go to, I would highly recommend her! If you’re in pain….. Catherine is your person!! Thank you

I had my first appointment with Jonesing2Move and met with Catherine. That entire morning I was sobbing from severe pain and could barely hold back tears when we met. I explained my history, findings, and diagnoses, and she genuinely listened. After spending just one hour with her, I left walking significantly better, with a drastic reduction in pain, and overall feeling so much relief. I went in with puffy red eyes, limping, and just exhausted from the pain, and left feeling hopeful for the first time in YEARS! Absolutely nothing has helped me over the years but they did within 1 hour!!!! I’m SO thankful I came across their ad and found this clinic. I can’t wait to keep going!

J2M was recommended by my Pilates instructor after I shared that my nagging shoulder pain from a previous injury was becoming a constant companion. She recommended Ian because she had personally benefitted from his treatments. Ian asked me about my movement goals as part of determining a course of treatment, a detail I appreciated. He proved to be a good listener, has a great understanding of the musculoskeletal system and takes a creative approach (therapy + strength training) to rehabilitation. I joked with him about his "weird" exercise assignments which I have affectionately named things like "the queen's walk," "lawnmower," and "superwoman." I am no longer waking up multiple times/night with numbness and tingling down my arm, I am back in the pool swimming again and I'm feeling so much better. Ian has been encouraging, positive and patient in our sessions. I highly recommend him as a therapist.

Absolutely recommend Ian as a personal trainer! He’s so knowledgeable and his focus on functional movement really sets him apart from any other trainer I’ve met. He helped me feel confident and comfortable in the gym, and I always leave our sessions feeling stronger, energized, and genuinely good in my body. As someone with some degree of hypermobility, I’ve often felt that fitness classes and most trainers didn’t understand what I needed. Ian truly gets it. He took the time to understand my specific needs and designed sessions that helped me build strength and stability without fear of injury. On top of that, the at-home training plans he created made it easy to stay consistent and I felt set up for success outside our 1-1 sessions. In short: Ian is outstanding! ☺️💪

Very disappointed with our experience. We had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time, but the main door was locked, and we were left waiting outside in the cold weather. We followed all the instructions provided, including the entry code. I called the clinic six times, but no one answered or returned the call. There was no communication or assistance at all. In winter, this is especially unacceptable, and it shows a lack of care for clients. Finally there is one guy inside. He don't have key of the building . So we need to walk to the side of the building in the other door . Hope the website manager will manage well, without confusion to the clients. We expected better organization and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. 😞 Why 4 star credit to Abraham the therapist. He is knowledgeable of what he is doing . Thank you Abraham.
