“I have been a client of this firm for over four years. My recent experience was not consistent with the level of service previously provided. I initially agreed to speak with an assistant after being told the meeting would be limited to administrative matters and document collection. During the meeting, however, I was asked to provide private and strategic information about my business, which I was not comfortable sharing in that context. The quoted price for the incorporation service was approximately $500, a process that typically involves discussing key structural and business decisions. This level of discussion was not handled directly with the accountant. The meeting started 20 minutes late and did not appear prepared. When I requested to speak directly with the accountant, I was informed she would not be available for several weeks. Forcing me to talk directly to the assistant to solve the issue. Based on this experience, I requested a refund for the incomplete service and chose to proceed elsewhere. Although a refund was provided, there was no real attempt to clarify the situation or resolve the underlying issue, which suggested a lack of concern for the client experience. I am disappointed and expected more.”
