About the clinic
<p>ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. Deposit amounts vary depending on appointment type. This amount will be deducted from the total balance owing at your appointment.<strong> All prices are subject to HST.</strong> </p><p>Deposits are <strong>non-refundable, absolutely NO exceptions</strong>, so please ensure you double-check your availability before you book. Plan accordingly. <br><br></p><p>Deposits are transferable to another date as long as atleast 48 hours notice is given. <strong>Each client will be allowed to reschedule two times. After this you will forfeit your deposit.</strong> Please check your booking email for a rescheduling link at the bottom to move your appointment BEFORE the 48 hour mark. Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours before their start time forfeit their deposit and could be charged the full amount owing<br></p><p><strong>No show and cancellations less than 24 hours before your schedule start time will be charged the full amount owing for the appointment.</strong><br></p><p><strong><strong><u>TOUCH UPS </u></strong></strong></p><p>Touch-up appointments <span class="redactor-invisible-space">are only available to <em>current clients. </em>Not a current client? Or have previously tattooed eyebrows? You will have to book an initial appointment as you are considered a new client to me.</span><br></p><p>If you are having any permanent makeup procedure done for the first time please keep in mind two appointments are needed to achieve optimal results. These appointments take place approximately 6-12 weeks apart, and this is NOT included in the initial appointment price. There is an additonal fee for all future touchup appointments.</p><p>There is an additional cost for touchups after 12 weeks so please make sure to book your follow up within the 6-12 week window. After this series of two appointments touchups are recommended approximately once a year to maintain your permanent makeup.</p><p>Please note: Any touch ups after 2 years are a full price initial appointment and may require an additional touchup at 6-12 weeks. </p><p><strong><u>CONSULTATION </u></strong></p><p>Consultations are included when booking your initial permanent makeup procedure, on the same day, right before we tattoo. They are only available seperately under special circumstances (i.e. large scars in the area, medical conditions etc). “I had my bridal trial and wedding makeup done with Justyna, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was so calm and easy to be around, which made getting ready feel really relaxed. She clearly knows what she’s doing and explained everything as we went. “I’m over the moon happy with my new ombre brows!!!! I was a little nervous to get them done because it was my first time. “Hiring JK Glam for my wedding hair and makeup was one of the best decisions we made! I don’t normally wear much makeup, so it was tough to figure out exactly what I wanted. After my first trial, I realized the look wasn’t quite right—but Justyna was understanding when I asked to book a second one. Tahlia did both of my makeup trials and completely nailed it the second time. It was exactly what I had envisioned and gave me so much confidence heading into the big day. On the wedding day, we had a full group—myself, four bridesmaids, and two moms—all getting both hair and makeup (except one bridesmaid didn’t get her hair done). Rickell did the hair and Tahlia did our makeup. Everyone looked amazing, and I absolutely loved how everything turned out. I changed my hairstyle from the trial to a sleek, clean bun using Luxy extensions for a fuller look, and I’m so glad I did. We received so many compliments, and I felt truly beautiful. We were scheduled to finish makeup by 1:30 PM, with 1:30 onwards set aside for touch-ups. Unfortunately, we fell behind early on—makeup was already 20 minutes behind after the first bridesmaid, and the delays continued to stack up. My mom was supposed to have her makeup done before me and get her hair started while I was in the makeup chair, but I had to take her turn for make up to ensure I was ready in time. Because of this, she wasn’t able to help me get into my dress like we had planned, and she didn’t finish getting ready until after 3:00 PM—just barely making it outside in time for family photos before the ceremony. I also noticed later during photos that the body glow on my chest had been missed. That said, the quality of the work was amazing. The only thing that affected my hair during the day was the strong winds and lots of hugs—the side pieces fell flat, and I lost a few strands from the bun due to over-the-shoulder hugs, but the style still held up really well overall. Despite the timing hiccups, the JK Glam team’s talent really shone through. The makeup was flawless, the hairstyles were gorgeous, and I felt like the best version of myself.
