“I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience here. I originally booked a 30-minute free trial, but due to their own internal lack of communication, the staff messed up the booking with the technician. Instead of honoring the free trial or taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to charge me $369. When I complained, they "discounted" it to $129 as if they were doing me a favor. I should not have to pay for their poor management and lack of professional standards. It feels like this business is more interested in taking money from clients than providing honest service. I would not recommend this place. I assume they did it on purpose because they want to earn from free trial. so go somewhere else. Unbelievable. They are lying in their reply.
