“Grace is definitely the most talented massage therapist I met in Canada. She is very good at what she’s doing and spotted where I need to work on the most. My neck and back, especially my neck felt very good after the massage. Thank you!”

“Visiting JGrace Massage to use my insurance before deadline, the experience was so smooth and nice. I had a very serious neck+shoulder problem. Grace delivered professional care and the price was shown clearly right next to the entrance. I had a very good sleep after my massage yesterday. Strongly recommend this place!!”Read moreShow less

“I received the best massage in JGrace Massage. I went in with serious shoulder and neck pain, and after the massage, hot stone therapy and cupping, I felt a clear improvement. During the time of massage I felt comfortable, and everything was done in a very professional way. Grace is kind, patient, and truly skilled. She can identified what was causing my tension and treated it effectively. Highly recommend if you have shoulder/neck pain or just need real relief.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been coming to J Grace Massage for a while now, and it has become my go-to place. Grace and Justin are very professional and attentive. They always take the time to understand my body and can accurately point out the areas that are causing discomfort. Their deep massage really helps release tension and soreness, and I always leave feeling much better. It’s clear they are experienced and genuinely care about helping clients feel their best. Highly recommended!”Read moreShow less

“This was my first visit and the experience was very frustrating. At the beginning, I was told the price would be 160. I was told the massage was 130 per hour, and an additional 50 would cover both cupping and moxibustion, with the claim that they were giving me a discount. However, during the session, I only received cupping and did not receive the moxibustion at all, even though the extra fee was supposed to include both services. On top of that, this “extra service” was counted within the one-hour massage instead of being added on. That means I actually lost massage time in order to receive an add-on service I didn’t fully get. The total service time was also less than one hour, which makes this even more unacceptable. When it came time to pay, I was then told tax was not included, and the final total after tax came to 180, which was never clearly explained upfront. The massage therapist herself was skilled, and I don’t blame her. But the pricing and service arrangement were misleading and unfair. When they saw I was unhappy, they said that “regular customers” get better prices, which honestly feels like first-time customers are intentionally overcharged. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.”Read moreShow less

“Absolutely love my experience at JGrace Massage! The team of RMT-certified therapists delivered truly personalized and professional care — from relaxation and deep-tissue massage to shiatsu and hot stone therapy, every treatment left me feeling calm, refreshed, and tension-free. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and focused on what my body needed. It’s now my go-to spot in Toronto for stress relief and overall wellness. “My wife and I visited this massage center for a deep tissue massage, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Both massage therapists lacked the level of professionalism and skill we expected. The pressure was consistently too light, and even after requesting firmer pressure multiple times, there was little to no adjustment. Additionally, the massage felt uneven between the left and right sides of the body, and the techniques used seemed random rather than structured or therapeutic. Overall, the session felt more like light touching than an actual massage, with minimal effective muscle or tissue work. The massage should be 60 minutes and they stopped at 51 minutes. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this massage center to those seeking a proper deep tissue massage.”Read moreShow less

“Grace is amazing. I came after being recommended by a friend about how her shoulder pain have eased. I've started with the hot stone massage, which has been incredibly soothing, then moved onto acpuncture to fix the pain caused by the dowager's hump. I've had regular visits for about half an year now, with the dowager's hump almost gone and also improving my quality of sleep and my body health in general (e.g. feeling more energized in the day). Grace is kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I definitely recommend for anyone currently experiencing pain or just wanting to relax!”Read moreShow less
