“I’ve been seeing Jess for “maintenance” and she is very knowledgeable and professional. After a recent flight from Japan where due to delays, jet lag and being up and uncomfortable for over 30+ hours, my left shoulder was aching for several days. “Jess is great at what she does. Recently, I had calf issues as a result of playing soccer twice a week. Jess was able to loosen up the muscles, use a technique called Dry Needling, and even provide me with take-home stretches. My calf has fully healed, and my soccer sessions are now much less painful.
